STOP'N'Go has been the go-to destination for shoe and bag repairs since 1989. Strategically located in shopping malls, their stores offer customers the convenience of dropping off their belongings, enjoying a stroll, and returning to find their favorite items restored to prime condition.

We partnered with them to revamp their brand identity and collaterals, making the brand feel more at home in the digital space. Our goal was to elevate their overall brand perception, positioning it as more prestigious and premium. Research revealed that STOP'N'Go’s true competitor isn’t similar brands but rather the "tukang sol sepatu" in nearby markets, offering comparable services at a fraction of the price. To address this, we crafted an identity that emphasizes the superior quality and expertise STOP'N'Go delivers. This elevated identity was applied across all touchpoints, from menus and packaging to their website and social media presence.
